Guys so I want to tell you guys about a couple experiences you should get into before summer ends. Here’s a mix of date/girls night and family friendly experiences that are memorable(and will make your Insta go up 🙃)

As we all know, Pure Michigan does not disappoint. LSCM does not come to play honey. A great unplugged getaway that is less than an hour away, LSCM offers a large swimming pool, HUGE splash pad and playground facilities, and a gorgeous beach. In my opinion you need to be planning your next girls picnic. Like neowww.

I would’ve been in the splash pad if I wasn’t catching a vibe on the beach 😉. Grab a nice spot, get to grilling and I promise you it’ll be one of those days, granted the D gets hit with 84. I mean it’s a great vibe on a Great Lake. okay I’m done.

🙃I don’t hug trees at all. Okay here we are with another super fun activity that gets you closer to nature!

Imagine this: cruising down the freeway listening to Jhené or Sade, getting a great parking spot on Gratiot in front of the meat market (MESSAGE) and strolling the sights and sounds of artsy, free spirited and sophisticated Detroit. Walkways filled with flowers, quaint fruit stands and a sax playing smooth jazz:

So did I just carry stuff before my stroller? Poor me.

It certainly does not hurt that Eastern Market has ALL the prettiest street artwork for photo shoots and the most random pop up bars and parties on the backstreets (and the best produce and meat for your charcuterie-I’ve said too much).😌

Plan to spend a beautiful Saturday morning and afternoon at Eastern Market. If you have kids BRING YOUR STROLLER and snacks 😭.

So this place is hot fire for a great date night or a really nice friends night!

Behind Tavien’s head there’s a window to buy chips that you’ll use to purchase drinks. Delicious drinks. Delicious strong drinks. Once seated, there’s a menu that tells you drinks=chips and that’s it.
